Send us your active listings and we show them to buyers searching Humble Business Brokerage, with your name on every listing and a link back to your own page. No fee, no contract, no exclusivity.

Email it to us
Attach the file to an email from your firm's address and say you agree to these terms. That email is our record of your consent.
We publish
Your listings appear marked "Listed directly by" your firm, with a button to your listing page. Buyers contact you directly from the listing; Humble is not in the middle.
Update or remove any time
Send a new file to replace the old one, or one line asking us to take a listing or all of them down.
What you get
- Exposure on our listings pages next to more than 5,000 other US businesses for sale, searchable by state, industry, price and cash flow.
- A link back to you on every listing: "View the full listing on" your site, and your firm named as the listing party.
- Attribution, always. We never present your listing as ours. Your listings are marked "Listed directly by" your firm.
- No fee. We charge brokers nothing to list and take nothing from your commission. We do not ask for a co-broke.
We cannot promise inquiries or buyers. How much traffic a listing gets depends on the listing and on the buyers searching.
What we show
| Shown | Title, asking price, city and state, industry, cash flow, revenue and the other figures you send, and a short teaser of up to about 300 characters. |

| Photos | Only your own photos, and only if your email says we may use them. Otherwise the listing shows a representative stock photo, clearly marked as not your business. |
| Not shown | Your full description, the business name if the listing is confidential, and anything you leave out of the file. Buyers go to your page for the rest. |
| Figures | Shown as you report them and labelled that way. You are responsible for their accuracy and for having your seller's permission to advertise. |
Send your listings
Columns: listing_id, listing_url, title, summary, asking_price, revenue, cash_flow, ebitda, inventory, ffe, real_estate (included / leased / available), city, county, state (two letters), industry, category, established, employees, reason_for_sale, yes/no columns for relocatable, home_based, franchise, seller_financing, images (photo URLs separated by |), broker_name, broker_firm, broker_phone, listed_at (YYYY-MM-DD). Only title, asking_price and state are required.
Removing a listing
Email office@humblebusinessconsulting.com with the listing ID or link, or "remove all". We take it down at the next site update, usually within two business days. Sold or withdrawn listings should come out the same way, or simply drop out of your next file.
